1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dekhoo Live platform — whether as an advertiser, screen owner, or visitor — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users of the service.

2. Description of Service

Dekhoo Live is a digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising platform that connects advertisers with screen owners. Advertisers can upload creatives, select target locations, set budgets, and run campaigns on screens installed inside local stores. Screen owners can register their screens, receive approved ad content, and earn monthly income.

3. Advertiser Responsibilities

• You must ensure all ad creatives comply with applicable laws and do not contain misleading, offensive, or illegal content.
• You are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights and permissions for content used in your ads.
• You agree not to advertise products or services that are prohibited by law in the regions you target.
• Campaign budgets are charged in advance. Unused credits may be refunded per our refund policy.
• You must not attempt to circumvent our billing systems or misrepresent your business.

4. Screen Owner Responsibilities

• You must ensure your screen is in a publicly visible location and meets our minimum display requirements.
• You agree to keep your screen powered on and connected during agreed operating hours.
• You must not tamper with or modify the Dekhoo Live software installed on your screen.
• You are responsible for ensuring the screen installation complies with any applicable lease or landlord agreements.
• Earnings are paid monthly subject to a minimum payout threshold and successful verification.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Using the platform to display or promote illegal goods or services.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials, credits, or referral programmes.
• Scraping, copying, or redistributing platform data without written permission.
• Impersonating another person or entity when registering an account.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, and technology is the exclusive property of Dekhoo Live or its licensors. You retain ownership of the ad creatives you upload, but grant Dekhoo Live a non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and optimise them as part of your campaign. You may not reproduce or use our brand assets without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dekhoo Live is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in that same month. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability and are not responsible for losses caused by technical outages beyond our control.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, any outstanding balances will be settled per our payment terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
